Progressive Governance

Our Progressive governance model enables anyone to contribute to the DAO. Titles Include: @Commanders - (Temporary) leaders and administrators of Spacerox DAO @Architects - Members of the Spacerox DAO Core Team @Engineers - Moderators and key contributors to Spacerox DAO @Astronauts - Verified members of Spacerox DAO

Subject Roles

Here are some of the ways you can specialize in Spacerox DAO: @Legal @Finance @Dev @Web @Design @Marketing All roles are earnable. As Spacerox DAO matures, @Commanders, @Architects, and @Engineers will be decided in a decentralized, bottom-up approach through wider community vote. The 'in' group should not decide roles — Spacerox DAO is not a clique, it's a community. Eventually once Spacerox DAO reaches full-maturity we can get rid of roles altogether.

In Spacerox DAO very early life, we will help guide the DAO until it can find its feet and walk on its own. As such, at the beginning, we will have to centrally grow the Spacerox DAO team, but will do so while filtering strongly for individuals who are not status/bureaucracy-oriented and who are working on dedicated channels (dev, legal, finance, design).

Key moments of decentralization will be linked to Spacerox DAO milestone objectives - our Launch Phases. At each Launch Phase we plan to take a vote to determine the next step in progressively decentralizing Spacerox DAO.
