# Launch Phases

(WIP, Subject to Change)

## 🌒 Phase 1

Integration of Spacerox from web2 to web3\
Websites, Social Media\
DAO Tooling / Infrastructure \
Community Building and Onboarding 

## 🌓 Phase 2

DAO Bootstrapping:\
1\. Governance and Decision-Making processes\
2\. Organizational structure and rules\
3\. Revenue Sharing and Tokenomics\
4\. Community tasks, goals, and metrics 

All these topics need to be discussed during the DAO bootstrap phase in workshops and Discord, then formed into proposals to be voted on. Decisions made by Community Pass holders at this stage will form DAO ground rules and mechanics. 

## 🌔 Phase 3

Introduction to Spacerox's first revenue share project: SatHawk\
Marketing of Space Hawk NFTs on web2 and web3\
Launching of Space Hawk NFTs and Dynamic NFT Marketplace\
Revenue Sharing through Spacerox Referral Program

Revenue sharing scheme will apply to future projects wherein holders of \
Space Hawk NFTs will benefit from all projects launched by Spacerox DAO.

Technical & Cultural "Web3 Commons-Based" Iteration:\
Augmented Bonding Curve\
Reputation Proposal Engine\
Conviction Voting\
Commons Analytical Dashboard
